Inclusion that
actually works.
Insight-led consultancy grounded in your organisation’s reality.
We help organisations make neuroinclusion work in practice - and use that as the foundation for broader, meaningful inclusion. Creating inclusive environments that genuinely work for people, shaped by both lived experience and professional practice.
“Inclusion should create real change - in culture, behaviours and who thrives at work. That’s what I help organisations get right.”

About iNDepth
We turn intention
into inclusive action.
I’m an Autistic recruitment and human resource professional with over 10 years’ experience across operational, corporate and strategic roles. I specialise in neuroinclusion, offering experience from both sides: the lived, personal experience of navigating work as a neurodivergent person, and the organisational pressures and constraints employers are actually working within.
Most inclusion consultancy is well-intentioned - but often too vague to create real change. I’m direct, evidence-informed, and focused on outcomes — not performative activity. If you’re looking for reassurance, I might not be the right fit. If you want clear, practical direction and lasting change, we’ll work well together.
Both sides of the equation
Dual perspective means recommendations that are empathetic to individuals and pragmatic for organisations — not one at the expense of the other.
Outcomes, not awareness
Every engagement is designed to create meaningful, tangible change - in confidence, practice, culture and experience.
Direct, not just comfortable
I’ll share what I’m really seeing, along with clear, actionable ways to move forward. That’s rarer than it should be.
What I offer
Three ways to make
inclusion actually land
Every service is designed around the same principles: clear focus, practical action, and measurable impact - no generic awareness sessions or off-the-shelf slides.

Great facilitation, Jess spends time combining theory and logic with new approaches, promoting fresh ideas and valuable insight.
